JUMP!

I love love love those editorials and ads where models are photographed jumping...I know there's many people that can't stand them or don't get why they are jumping (for not a good reason, in many occasions)...but I love them, the girls ususally look so relaxed and happy in them (with some exceptions...see last pic).

I can't help but think...do they really jump, or do they need some help or a trick?
The official jumping expert is Caroline Trentini...Anna Wintour loves showing her like that at least once a year.

90s COUPLES

Looking back to the 90s, there were so many "power couples", some of which are now surprising and most of them fascinating in terms of style. I know the 90s are probably not the most amazing decade in fashion, but I also feel that what it was precisely that "confusion" in the time what makes the 90s very interesting...

Summer is almost here. So I was thinking of my new sunglasses obsessions. Surprisingly, both from Dior...

ALLNIGHTER

After realizing that I've been all night up studying, and probably won't go to bed until a few more hours, I couldn't help but remembering this picture of beautiful Valentine Fillol Cordier in Nylon Mag (back in 2007, I think). I just love it. And just wish I didn't have dark circles under my eyes now...

I'm also thinking of making some vanilla flavoured coffee right now...

KALASH

These women are so incredibly elegant, and they know how to mix patterns, textures and complements in such a beautiful way.

I'm so impressed by this lady...look at the colours, and the hair, and the jewelry, and her eyes...

I love her necklaces...

Beautifully braided hair, and such an elaborate outfit...

All these extremely elegant women come from the Kalash tribe, which is located in the Kalash region in northwest Pakistan. They always dress like that, isn't it amazing? The way they mix all those colours, and complements (and isn't it hard to mix without looking bad?)...just incredible. Makes me think of what "elegance" and savoir-faire means...

BUNNY

Seriously...how cute does he look? I have to say that, although I think he is a genious, I don't always love Mr. Jacobs' collections...and I was never a big fan of the famous bunny ears (part because of the Madonna trauma, I confess).

But then, today, I saw this picture taken for the CFDA prizes, cause Marc Jacobs is nominated for best womenswear designer and best accesories designer, and this year the designers are modelling their own creations, and I just thought...Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!
